Our oldest daughter Rachel turned 16 this month. And before you ask, NO, I did not forget. We celebrated her birthday ON her birthday but I am just now getting around to putting it on my blog. We have had company for 2 weeks and during the midst of it all, she turned 16. I can still remember when I turned 16....it was actually quite dreadful....I had the chicken pox! I still can hardly believe that I have a daughter who is 16 years old. I was only 19 years old when I had her, still just a kid myself, but it seems like yesterday. Life happens fast. Before I know it she will be married and having children of her own.....BUT, I am not going there YET! I am so thankful that God blessed us with her. Happy *late* Birthday, Rachel.
